The problem

Software spend grows quietly. Overlapping tools, auto-renewing contracts, seats nobody uses. At scale, nobody owns the full picture, so nobody catches it.

What I built

Lowtide is an internal vendor and contract intelligence tool I built at Spotter. It ingests the vendor and contract portfolio, flags redundant and underused subscriptions, and surfaces renewals before they auto-renew.

The outcome

Software spend dropped from $7M to roughly $3M, a 57 percent reduction. The tool is now used company-wide and is part of how we keep operating expenses lean enough to scale profitably.
