The problem
Culture surveys produce a wall of numbers once or twice a year. The paid tools charge enterprise prices to show you that wall, and leaders still struggle to answer the only question that matters: what changed, where, and why.
What I built
Wavelength ingests employee culture-survey results and turns them into answers. Trends against prior periods, deltas against the rest of the company, benchmarks, top and bottom scores, AI-generated insights, all filterable by team, location, and segment.
The outcome
It replaced Culture Amp and Glint, saves tens of thousands of dollars a year, and made survey results something leaders actually use.
