I turn strategy into systems, and systems into results.
I'm VP of Strategy and Operations at Spotter, the modern media company financing and monetizing premium content from the top Creators on YouTube. I help author company strategy and make it executable through company-wide OKRs, business reviews, and board prep. I run the company's annual operating plan with Finance and keep operating expenses lean enough to scale profitably across real estate, insurance, software, and office and culture.
I'm also a builder. I founded Curious Goat, a daily learning app, and I've shipped internal AI tools now used across the company to cut cost and create leverage. The throughline across 20+ years: I take on the hardest cross-functional problems and build the systems, and sometimes the products, that solve them at scale.

How I work
I'm the person companies bring in when growth is outpacing the operating model. My bias is toward simple systems that leadership will actually use: fewer mechanisms, one source of truth, clear ownership. When the right tool doesn't exist, I build it. That's how Lowtide, Wavelength, and OKRight happened.
